supervillain created by bill finger, bob Kane, and Jerry Robinson .joker first appeared in the debut issue of the comic book Batman in 1940. He played as a psychopath criminal mastermind.

This criminal mastermind is an expert chemist and all so expert in using weaponized props and toxins.
